So far I have accomplish two of my goals. The first was to cut off all soda of my eating habits and also to finish my classes at adult school. It feels good to accomplish what I wanted, now that I started to make better eating choices I’m almost accomplishing me 3rd goal. Which was to eat healthier and loose weight. I made goals that were very realistic so I wouldn’t set myself up for a disappointment. Even though I have only achieved two goals, I still feel very proud of myself. They may not be really big goals but it makes me proud to know that if I put my mind up to something I can Commit to achieve it.
