Duties and responsibilities: Optometrist are special doctors that just focus on the eyes. They test patients eye sight and make sure everything is normal. If not they give them prescription glasses based on how much they need. They are also trained to diagnose eye diseases.

Education: First of all you must have a high school diploma or a GED, then must attend four year at a accredited optometry school. Must earn a Bachelor’s degree. After all that you must take a test called Optometry Admission Test. If you pass it you get your license.
Reflection: I personally might want to become a Optometrist because i wear glasses myself and I wonder what they do to me. It might be a lot of schooling but it might be worth it. They also get paid really good and their job isn’t that hard.
