Sometimes I like to go to Martha Stewart’s website, and then I realize I’m way too snarky and unrefined to be there, so I close my computer.
Regardless, I still try to be suzy homemaker-ish and trying out a Martha Stewart recipe once in a while. They’re always so dainty and pretty and perfect and scrumptious-looking! I’ve been looking for an, easy, yet healthy alternative for a midday snack, and when I stumbled upon these Strawberry Oat Bars, I knew they were perfect! Mainly because there’s no baking involved. 🙂
I followed the recipe exactly, but I added a few spoonfuls of flax seed in a valiant effort to make it more heart-healthy. I used my Vitamix to blend up the crust and the strawberry spread. Let me know if you try it out!
