Reflection: when people work together to reach their goals as a teams, the reward is a lot bigger and you feel more accomplished. working together as a team will help your relationship grow and have faith and trust each other. you will have a bond with that person that won’t be broken. if we can all work together as a team then it will be easier for us to achieve what we are reaching to achieve.
